I ordered a pair of shoes for next day…
I ordered a pair of shoes for next day delivery, it never arrived. Online it stated it was delivered but I had never received it. I was then followed by an email which showed it had been delivered to someone completely different which wasn’t me. I informed the company again it had been delivered incorrectly. I was then asked to share w picture of my front door and was still after this under investigation. It has been three weeks , I’ve not received a refund or the pair of shoes and a conclusion has been been made but the company. I am extremely disappointed as I had paid extra for next day delivery for a special occasion but instead the whole situation has been made into a big thing and I not received the shoes or my money back. I’ve literally paid for someone else to receive my parcel. I will never buy from this company again!

Scammed me !
Scammed me !! I ordered some sliders on 18th of June next day delivery and have still not received! When I emailed last month they told me they will send them when they’re in stock, bare in mind when I ordered it never said they was out of stock it shouldn’t of even let me order if that was the case !!??
Give me my money back I don’t even want the damn sliders no more.

Not true to size at all
I ordered 3 pairs of sliders for me and my kids and I ordered our usual size and they do not fit, these sizes really need adjusting as this is a waste of time and money, will just give them to family and never order again. Its easier than returning at a cost to myself even though these items are not as described as sizing is wrong.

Poor Returns Process
Purchased my first order from Ego. One of the shoes was clearly scratched on the back & the mule upper was so loose my foot fell forward. Returned immediately for refund. My postage was not refunded as the fault was not my own I expected a full refund. After a proof of postage request (already had a purchase refund) and 3 different customer service representative emails. Finally had a postage refund and was told I should have emailed and reported the fault before I sent it back, I have never experienced this in my online shoping life. Trying to navigate their website is a mind field! Copying and pasting the return link in a new browser worked. More investment In the site needed and making returns easier & clear for customers. I will not be returning.
Poor quality
I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday and of course I couldn't change them anymore because I didn't had time, they came as if someone had already worn them, peeled and dirty, maybe the prices are not really high but can't made fun of customers like that, they only gave me £ 8 back out of the £ 36, they weren't even worth £10 in what condition they were. Don't worder from here if you have an important event.

Just placed my first oder as a guest…
Just placed my first oder as a guest and had no idea how to track. I contacted customer service and they were able to assist me very quickly and efficiently. They was able to locate my order without me having to give them my order number and track my package for me . They provided me with a link and was just very polite throughout! I just got my package and I absolutely love! May be returning a few things due to size but it was beautiful!

Speedy Solutions at Ego!
I had to write a review after the experience I just had with my first ever Ego order.
I bought four items and accidentally purchased two shoes in the same color. It hit me when I saw my confirmation email come in. Once I noticed the error, I immediately sent an email to their customer service account and asked them if it was possible to change the color of one of the shoes to another that was still in stock, in my same size of course.
Not even 30 minutes passed and I received a message from Antonette saying that the issue had been resolved with a full explanation of what to expect going forward. It is 10pm EST here in the U.S., so I wasn't expecting to receive any help until the morning.
I'm so pleased with this experience and I think Antonette is such an asset to this company.
